When are you open? 8am - 7pm, 365 days a year!

Do I need to / can I reserve my play session? No. Space Club does not enforce time limits on your play sessions and as such we do not take reservations. Simply check in any time between 8am - 7pm.

What should I do before I arrive? If this is your first visit to Space Club, fill out your waiver and enter your payment details here. You’ll need to have both on file in order to check in. If you’ve played at Space Club before, just rock up and check in!

Can I pay with cash / a gift card / a different card than the one on file? Absolutely! Once you have a card on file in your account, you can check out using any of these means of payment at the end of your visit.

Can I park my car at Space Club? None of our three current locations have designated parking. Public transportation is recommended. Street parking may be available nearby.

Can I park my stroller inside? All guests may park their strollers inside on weekdays (Monday - Friday) with the exception of holidays where schools are closed. Single pass visitors and birthday party guests will be asked to park their strollers outside on weekends and school closure holidays. Members may park their strollers inside at any time (pending availability).

When are the quietest times to visit Space Club? Space Club is quietest between 12pm and 2pm Monday through Friday.

When are the busiest times? Weekends (especially rainy or winter weekends) and holidays where schools are closed are the highest traffic times at Space Club.

What happens if Space Club is full? In the rare event that Space Club reaches our maximum capacity, a queue will form outside. For the safety and comfort of those who are checked in, we will not overfill the Space beyond a certain number. As guests check out and exit, guests from the queue will be admitted to check in. Wait times are typically fairly short. Members receive priority and expedited entry.

Can I remain in Space Cafe if I am not planning to check in / am no longer checked in? Because the capacity of the space includes the cafe, we cannot allow guests to remain in the cafe without checking in or after they have checked out. Our outside tables are available for your use if you are not checked in.

Are there any times where single pass visitors cannot check in? We stop allowing single pass check-ins after 3pm once a month on Movie Nights. Otherwise, come on down!

Do I need to put a card on file if I’m just coming as a guest invited to a birthday party? Heavens no! Simply fill out our party waiver here!

Can I celebrate my child’s birthday at Space Club without booking a party room? We’re so glad you want to celebrate with us! However, setting up your own party with cake, food, balloons, or decorations in our café or reception areas isn’t allowed. If you’d like to bring cake, serve food, and decorate for your special occasion, we invite you to book one of our private party rooms so you can celebrate in style!
